Use of Force

Description: Throughout the training, users will assume the role of a Police Officer summoned to a hearing where he/she will have to defend NPFTA’s UoF policies and procedures, as depicted in three incidences in which passenger complaints have led to an investigation.

Technical Description: The full interactive courseware runs approximately 30 minutes in length, and is viewable on both NPFTA’s standalone computers as well as their Learning Management System (LMS).
